Invisalign in New Braunfels: Clear & Simple Orthodontics

Our office uses Invisalign clear aligners. These transparent trays fit over your teeth and push them into new positions. Unlike traditional braces, they don't use brackets or wires.

The biggest advantage of clear aligners is that you can take them out — they're not anchored to your teeth like braces. You can get the orthodontic treatment you deserve while keeping anyone else from knowing about it.

Value You Can See & Feel

Invisalign clear aligners at New Braunfels Orthodontic Associates offer a particular set of perks that traditional braces can't match. Let's dive into what makes them a great choice:

Subtle Treatment

Invisalign clear aligners are made from see-through, comfortable plastic. They fit over your teeth without anyone noticing, letting you keep your smile under wraps until it's ready for the spotlight.

Freedom & Convenience

Life's busy, and your orthodontic treatment shouldn’t keep you from slowing down. Clear aligners can be removed whenever you need, so you can enjoy your favorite foods, brush, and floss easily, and live without the restrictions of traditional braces.

Customized Comfort

Crafted from BPA-free, smooth plastic, each aligner is designed for your mouth's unique shape. They're snug and comfortable, so much so that many patients barely notice they're wearing them.

Precision & Personalization

At New Braunfels Orthodontic Associates, we use advanced 3D technology to map out every step of your treatment. Each aligner is tailored to guide your teeth precisely where they need to go, so you'll see accurate, impressive results

Doctor-Driven Clear Aligner Therapy

Dr. Layfield personally designs each Invisalign case we treat. This individualized expert attention helps to ensure that your clear aligner treatment is predictable and achieves your goals.

A Clear Process to a Great Smile

Clear aligner treatment, like Invisalign, at New Braunfels Orthodontic Associates is designed to be smooth and straightforward.

01

Tell Us About Your Smile

Start with a free consultation at our New Braunfels office. Dr. Layfield will examine your teeth, talk with you about your smile goals, and discuss if clear aligners are the best fit. If they are, we'll explain everything you need to know about the process, timeline, and costs.

02

Say Cheese for the Scanner

Ready to get started? We'll capture a precise, 3D digital model of your teeth using our high-tech iTero scanner — no messy molds here! This model lets us create a plan that moves each tooth into its ideal position.

03

Pick Up Your Aligners

Once your custom aligners are ready, we'll invite you back to pick them up. You'll wear each aligner for about 20-22 hours a day, only taking them out for meals and cleaning. Each set brings you closer to your new smile!

04

Get New Trays

Every week or two, you'll switch to a new set of aligners. This gradual change keeps your treatment on track, and we'll see you every six to eight weeks to check your progress.

05

Unveil Your New Smile

When you've completed your final set of aligners, it's time to unveil your transformed smile! To keep everything in place, we'll provide a custom retainer to ensure your hard-earned results last a lifetime.

06

Finish Strong With a Retainer

After your clear aligner treatment is complete, your teeth may still have a tendency to shift. To keep that straight, healthy smile in place, you'll swap out your final set of aligners for a custom retainer so that you can enjoy your new smile for a lifetime.
